The Antenna is inside but its right next to a window pointing almost directly east at NYC. I get all the channels in the Good and Fair category just fine EXCEPT ABC, so I don't think it would change if I move the antenna, but looking for advice. Would a pre-amp do the trick? Thanks!

It can pick up wpix 11, upn 9, Fox 5, Nbc 4, cbs 2 just fine. The abc tower is only 5 miles away. I suspect it’s because the signal is vhf-hi, where the other stations are uhf (from tvfool report). I live in an apartment building so i have to use an indoor antenna... any suggestion/ help will be greatly appreciated! Archived post.
