Pregnancy-preserving management is a feasible option in tumors stage IB1 or less, while laparoscopic lymph node staging should be offered until 22 weeks of gestation and beginning with tumor stage IA1 with lymphovascular space invasion or in higher tumor stages (Table 1) .
