26 Σεπ 2024 · This year, we proudly welcome 10 new singers into AVA’s prestigious Resident Artist Program, continuing our 90-year legacy of educational excellence in opera. These talented individuals, chosen from a pool of extraordinary vocalists, truly represent the future of opera through their exceptional talent and unwavering commitment to their artistry.
Application & Requirements. Why choose AVA? The Academy of Vocal Arts accepts singers on a full-tuition scholarship basis only. Most of AVA’s artists have graduated from renowned music schools in the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia and Central and South America.
The Academy of Vocal Arts - Resident Artist 4-Year Tuition-Free Training Program. This online application serves as a first-round audition to potentially receive an in-person audition/interview in Philadelphia on March 6-8, 2025 (Thursday through Saturday). Call backs will be held on Saturday afternoon.
The Academy of Vocal Arts is accepting Resident Artist applications for 2024. 🎭🌟 The application process includes: 2024 Application form (on YAP Tracker), prescreening video recording, resume, proof of age, transcripts, references, and headshot. 🗓️ Deadline: January 12, 2024.
