Admission Requirements. To be accepted into ECU’s online special education master’s degree, you must meet the following criteria: Have a minimum cumulative 2.5 grade-point average on all undergraduate coursework to date; or. Have a minimum 2.75 GPA for the last 60 credit hours of coursework; or.
