The Assessor maintains records on business and real property characteristics and sales. Annually the Assessor prepares the local assessment roll identifying each property, the ownership, and the net taxable value.
The Parcel Viewer is the property of Alameda County and shall be used only for conducting the official business of Alameda County. No person shall use or permit the use of the Parcel Viewer for any purpose other than the conduct of official Alameda County business.
The Assessor is responsible for locating, describing, and identifying ownership of all property within the County of San Bernardino; establishing an assessed value for all properties subject to taxation; listing all assessed values on the assessment roll; and applying all legal exemptions.
You may view Property and Recent Sales on RivCoView. This viewer provides a link to the Assessor Map as a PDF, which may be downloaded for free. The maps include Assessor's parcel numbers, parcel & lot boundaries, recorded dimensions, acreage, street widths, adjoining parcels, and recorded map information.

The Assessor has developed an on line tool to look up basic information, such as assessed value and assessor's parcel number (APN), for real property in Santa Clara County. Currently you may research and print assessment information for individual parcels free of charge.
