Use the following steps to to connect your USB Type-C dock to your notebook computer. Make sure you have the latest firmware for the dock installed from the Visit the Drivers and Manuals section of the Acer support website. Lay the dock horizontally on a flat surface.
16 Δεκ 2022 · Once you connect the dock, you should download and install the latest driver from https://www.displaylink.com/downloads/windows to allow for full functionality of the dock. Use the instructions below to connect the dock and download the required software driver.
7 Ιουλ 2020 · In your Internet browser, navigate to our Acer Drivers and Manuals page. Search for your system using the Serial Number, Product Model or the product list. Scroll down to view the Drivers tab. Select your Operating System. Locate the driver and click on the download link.
The Acer USB Type-C Dock D501 connects to a computer via a USB type C cable. The correct USB type C port on the dock is located on the SIDE of the dock. This is the only USB port that allows the dock to properly connect to the notebook.
