Use along with the regular atlas loot classic addon, just adds a map behind the loot. There is an Atlas loot classic and a separate plug in Atlas maps. They both are great for me, but I still have a few numbers on maps that aren't associated with bosses.
Suggestions: Get suggested achievements based on your current location, active holiday events, etc. Watch: Create custom watch lists of achievements. Related: See how achievements relate to each other. Tooltip and audio reminders for objectives you find in the world (and in your bags).

Silverdragon puts skulls on your map for rares and tells you if that rare drops something. You can also add more mobs to it manually. Edit: SavedInstances if you are doing dungeon farming. It keeps track of the raids and dungeons you did that week including your alts.
MapAchiever is a World of Warcraft addon that will show your characters Dungeon and Raid progression on each difficulty by hovering over the Dungeon/Raid icon on the world map.
Dungeon/Raid map achievement tracker. I had an addon that used to display things like Achievements and remaining wardrobe unlocks underneath the description of bosses in dungeons and raids.
