3.3b(2)/3 – Application of the Exception for Marker Failing to Carry Out His or Her Responsibilities Under the Exception to Rule 3.3b(2), a player gets no penalty if there is abreach of the scorecard requirements because of a failure of the marker that is beyond the player’s control.
