The ones I remember being regarded the best at the time were first Nakama Fansubs and after that Yibis. There's some overlap between the two and also some gaps where only some lower quality groups like ADC-Elites and Instantz filled in.

Hiya, I would like to say that I don't know where I should best ask this (or if it's okay to ask this here) but Im looking for One Piece subbed episodes by ADC-Elites, they subbed a bunch of episodes during the Enies Lobby Arc and every torrent/methods I find on them are expired.
ADC-Elites is a fansubbing group, known for their speed subs. The main anime they have subbed was One Piece. They began subbing the series at episode 248, and stopped subbing on 9 April 2007, as they felt that the Vegapunk fansub group was doing a better job.
As for now, there are 3 good groups: - Kaizoku Fansubs - early to middle - Vegapunk - late middle - Yibis - the most recent eps. This, and ADC-Elites for the episodes between where Kaizoku-Fansubs currently is, and where Vegapunk had started.
ADC-Elites are apparently pretty inaccurate. I've heard Nakama fansubs and Kaizoku fansubs are very good. Where can I watch them online? You can't. Streaming sites don't care about quality and they're normally very inconsistent with the fansubbers they use.
