In Outlook, select File > Open & Export > Import/Export. In Import and Export Wizard box, select Import an iCalendar (.ics) or vCalendar file (.vcs), and then Next. Select the calendar file from your PC and select OK. Select Open as New. The items are automatically imported into your calendar.

26 Φεβ 2012 · I wanted to import my calendar from my work Outlook 2010 laptop so I followed the steps found within Outlook Help. I exported my calendar as a .pst file, saved it to my flash drive, copied to my home PC and attempted to import the calendar into my home Outlook 2010 application.
