In Outlook, select File > Open & Export > Import/Export. In Import and Export Wizard box, select Import an iCalendar (.ics) or vCalendar file (.vcs), and then Next. Select the calendar file from your PC and select OK. Select Open as New. The items are automatically imported into your calendar.

if you'drather have a shortcut to the calendar you can create a shortcut using the full path to OL and add /select foldername to the command line. The command line will look something like: "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\outlook.exe" /select Outlook:calendar
