Collegiate Faculty, Professors of the Practice, and Librarians will be paid their salary in equal biweekly payments over the term of their appointment agreements. Adjunct Faculty are paid during the term of their appointment agreements in accordance with the adjunct faculty pay schedule.

21 Αυγ 2017 · Adjunct instructors with an earned doctorate (Ph.D., J.D., Ed.D., etc.) in a relevant field from an accredited institution and the completion of a skilled teacher program (CFT) specified in Article 19 A will be placed on Range D of the Adjunct (Hourly) Salary Schedule.
Advancement on the Hourly Salary Schedule will occur whenever an additional 290 hours of assigned adjunct work at San Joaquin Delta College are completed. Step advancement on the schedule will adjust annually, at the beginning of the Fall Semester. *Until the maximum step is reached.
