For Windows 7 Acrobat 9's update to 9.2 provide compatibility with the OS. Note that Acrobat is a 32-bit application not a 64-bit application. As Windows 7 updates occured so to Acrobat 9 (and X) had to be updated.
21 Φεβ 2022 · We can expect that one day, perhaps soon, 32-bit Acrobat on Windows will not be supported. I suggest you plan for that future, when your 32-bit only plug-in will not work. Time to look for alternatives, upgrades or replacements - rather than being hit by it suddenly.

I haven't tested this yet, but I think that this should work. Get the installer by installing 32 bit, wait a bit, watch task manager start downloading the update and grab them (copy paste somewhere else before it deletes itself). make a new pdq command deploy package, add the folders to a share path then add the arguments.
19 Δεκ 2016 · You may see this behavior as Acrobat 9 is not compatible with Windows 7. Adobe Acrobat system requirements. You may try removing traces of Acrobat using Cleaner tool from here: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs , restart the computer, and then try to install Acrobat. 3 Φεβ 2022 · I found https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-downloads.html and downloaded the Acrobat Pro 2020 version which I assume would still be in 32-bit. I uninstalled my 64-bit Acrobat Pro DC, and the Acrobat Pro 2020 version was successfully installed.
