Axis & Allies Europe 1940 can be played by up to five players. The game depicts a two-sided conflict, so if you have more than two players, split them up into the Axis side and the Allied side. The Allied powers include the United States, United Kingdom, France, and the Soviet Union. The Axis powers are represented by Germany and Italy.
