Account Settings allows you to add or remove accounts, change server settings, and more. Account Name and Sync Settings lets you update the friendly name for the account and decide how many days' worth of email you'd like to synchronize.

For example, if an archive subfolder of sent emails is created, it is not possible to replace the "From" column with "To", and the same goes for the "Received" column with "Sent".
16 Φεβ 2024 · According to your description, to change the settings for the new Outlook, you can click on the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen and select "View all Outlook settings". From there, you can navigate to the "General" tab and adjust settings such as the reading pane, conversation view, and message list density.
