Assuming you mean the Windows Advanced System Settings screen, then right click on My Computer and choose Properties. On the left side of the screen you will see a link for Advanced System Settings. You can also call them directly my pressing the windows key and R (which will bring up the run box) and typing control sysdm.cpl

I've followed Method three of the MS help article 947215. I've gotten to the system properties user profile dialog box. on it I see the profile that I want to delete but the delete button is grayed out. This problem is on a surface Pro four running Windows 10. Can someone tell me how to fix this problem? Thanks. Jim B.
13 Ιουν 2023 · Hi. I am logged in as Admin on a Windows 10 laptop and I tried deleting a User Profile going into Advanced System Settings. But the Delete Button was greyed out. Can anyone help me? I am NOT a computer pro but I am ok with following some basic instructions! Thanks
27 Ιουλ 2022 · As an administrator I sometimes delete old user profiles on machines. Up until recently I could easily do this with System Settings / About/ Advanced /Advanced tab / User Profiles and then Delete for any of the ones listed. After recent updates were applied now that option has been greyed out.
