16 Νοε 2019 · HD Edition didn’t get the latest addon “The Last Khans” Different netcode (HD works with P2P-Multiplayer while DE now works with with server based Multiplayer) However, I’d rather suggest that you get DE instead of HD as price and content-wise it’s the better choice.
14 Μαρ 2024 · The issue is with the huge maps. In the last update, they renamed them from giant maps, but neglected to update the reference in the AI. With a text editor, I edited the AI script found at C:\XboxGames\Age of Empires II- Definitive Edition\Content\Game\resources_common\ai\AI (HD version).per.

I used to play AOE2 definitive edition without problem before on windows 10 but on updating to window 11, I can play the game for 10 mins, it get very laggy and suddenly crashes to desktop in a couple of mins. this is my config: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core™ i7-1185G7 @ 3.00GHz 1.80 GHz 16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable) Windows ...
20 Ιουν 2024 · Just like I suspect Flight Simulator 2020 wouldn’t run on it (it’s much heavier than AOE2, not even close…). It’s made by a third party (Forgotten Empires & Asobo Studio, respectively) and not by Microsoft itself, that is only the publisher.
