Even without using her A.I., she is still easily the most powerful Freelancer agent. First appearing as the "new recruit" of Project Freelancer during Season 9, Tex's level of skill is considered in a completely different league than that of the other Freelancers, even Agent Carolina.
Freelancer Agent Texas, or more simply Tex and sometimes Allison, was a main character in Red vs. Blue and was voiced by Kathleen Zuelch. She was an agent of the Special Operations Project Freelancer, but was most often affiliated with the Blood Gulch Blue Team despite not being an official member.
How is the Blue team able to get in contact with Agent Texas at the beginning of Season 1 and why would Project Freelancer allow her to interact with the Alpha AI after she went AWOL in the past (Season 10, Ep 19)?

Agent Texas, also known as Tex, Texas, Allison or Beta, was an agent of Project Freelancer before going rogue. It was revealed in season 6 that she is actually an AI, appearing spontaneously when Alpha was created.
Tex is a cybernetic/robotic host of Beta, the first fragment of the Alpha and one that was created spontaneously rather than through deliberate (and fucked up) methods. Tex's first body was probably a sim trooper who was 'overwritten' by Beta, much like what happened with Alpha and Jimmy. Her other bodies were robots.
