3 Μαΐ 2021 · To get blood gems you need to go to the eastern island and dig down with a wyrm drill then you will see red gems those are it there in the fire block things and lower.
You can get by mining down eastern Island, forge wirth 1 alter gem and 2 dragon blood or kill the amethest golem and get the dragon blood.
All farmable familiars can be added to the Coral Pen. Trees and bushes must be planted on fertile ground, except for Spirit Trees and Crystal trees which can be planted on any area of flat ground. They may appear on snow, but cannot be planted there.

Fire gem: On the right side of the island, about 10 blocks down in the fire passage. Earth gem: Hangs out on starting island. Water gem: Walks around magic island + you get one defeating the octopus boss via pirate island.
