The Evolution Chamber creates Evolution Gems and things related to their creation. The Chamber uses Focus Gems(30) as fuel, and can have a maximum of 1500 fuel. Each procedure takes 5 fuel and 2.5 seconds, except for the Evolution Gem, which takes 100 fuel and 50 seconds.

Fire Gem. Used to raise Adult Dragon and transforming Dragons from inventory after creating a Dragonship. Activates Forge on Eastern Island, changes element to Fire at the Vine Copse, crafting and repairing Dragon Sword, Fire Trap, Forge Seed, Book of Meteors and Evolution Gems.
The Forge on the Eastern Island is unlocked using a Fire Gem. You can activate Pillars while wearing Spirit Goggles or another spirit-sight item to discover recipes, although you can still craft without them.
Craft in Talon Copse: 1 Evolution Gem, 2 Exotic Matter, 20 Blood gems, 10 Magnegems Can only be planted on the surface. Create enemy ships and Amethyst Queen Drill
To advance the story line, find a dragon further east (from what I understand the floating island and ruins are a bit far east and up for it) and talk to it. SO, i have been searching for something to do with my evolution gem but Other than a Ruins on a floating island, i haven't found anything to do with it.
