This is how to pass FAR (with a fantastic study guide and a list of SIMS to practice attached) I just found out last night I got a 91 on FAR on my first try. This score release also concludes my CPA journey.
Just looking at my stats here, on my first run through of the MCQ, I'm scoring overall 71% through four chapters. In my practice tests thus far, after 441 questions, I've average 77% correct. So, the numbers indicate I'm doing well, but I don't want to be too confident.
I took the patient approach and took about 3.5 months to study for FAR. I did about an hour of studying each day. It left me with 3 weeks of review before my test date. While going through the modules, I got a 49 on my first mini-exam, 69% of my second, and 57 on that last mini-exam.
