Paws and Claws New England is an Animal Rescue for Dogs and Cats. We are made up of volunteers and fosters who devote their time and love to help save homeless dogs and cats. We have adopted out nearly 5000 animals over the course of 15 years!
We rescue abandoned, neglected, and abused dogs from high-kill shelters and desperate situations, provide them with veterinary care and much needed TLC, and bring them to New England where we place them in safe, loving homes.

Ailurophobia, the Fear of Cats, is a common phobia that can be triggered by various situations such as; hearing purring, seeing a cat in real life, imagining a cat touching or rubbing against one, the thought of encountering a cat in the dark, seeing cats in pictures and on television, or even cat-like toys and fur.
