Scammers might send you a 'phishing' email that looks like it's from Air New Zealand. They might also post on social media pretending to be us. Their goal is to steal your personal information or Airpoints™ login details.
21 Οκτ 2021 · If you've recently received an email from Air New Zealand informing you of a credit of over $300, unfortunately it's not true.
Air New Zealand has told about 70,000 Airpoints members some of their personal information has been caught in a phishing scam.

29 Οκτ 2024 · Reviewed yesterday. AirNZ Scam. I accidentally booked the wrong month and had to change my flight on the day, which I was told would cost $287. But they ended up charging me more than what they initially quoted. Honestly, it feels like a complete scam!
OneUp is Air New Zealand's cabin class upgrade program. With any booking on an eligible Air New Zealand ticketed and operated international flight, any passenger can make an offer to upgrade their flight by one class. This is done by way of a dollar bid, which can be paid in cash or Airpoints.
