They sound good, have good noise cancelling and transparency mode, and integrate well with Apple product. If I use Android, they might not be "worth" it, as they don't integrate as well with Android. If you are asking, they are probably not "worth" it to you.

I’m spoiled, and I think the Pro ones are the only ones worth it. The sound quality is noticeably better and the regular ones just don’t fit in my ears very well. They fell out often and were uncomfortable. Plus transparency mode and noise canceling are incredible.
The sound quality is improved, but not earth shattering. Definitely better bass. All in all, I agree with most reviewers who say these are a major step up from the non-Pro AirPods and a moderate step up from the first AirPods Pro.
My experience with the AirPods Pro 2 coming from APP 1. TL;DR: All in all, the APP2 and APP1 are both great, so if you have the APP1 and are happy, keep them and save your money for something else. If you're new to AirPods Pro, get the 2nd gen.
