AirAsia mobile check-in is available on the AirAsia MOVE for all guests except: Guests below 16 years old who are travelling alone. Group bookings (10 or more in one PNR).

Select the applicable booking reference number and type it in. For the 9-digit booking number, it is applicable for bookings made in partnership with Kiwi. For urgent help on these, you may reach out to Kiwi thru their website at https://www.kiwi.com/en. Or 11-digit (Hint: 11 digits that starts with 1000XXXXXXX) booking number.
