10 Οκτ 2019 · So far I have had two people ask for refunds -- one who canceled the same day and one who cancelled a week in advance after realizing they booked the wrong dates. Both were nonrefundable. I went ahead and refunded the second guest but not the first. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to say when these situations arise?
If you need a refund from your Host for a trip or Experience, message them first, then request one through the Resolution Center. If you’re eligible to get some money back, you’ll get it automatically within 10 days (maybe even sooner). Request a refund. Get info on how and where to refund requests of any amount.
You can send guests a refund through the Resolution Center or from your calendar.

25 Ιαν 2024 · Guests must report Reservation Issues within 72 hours after discovery. If we determine that a Reservation Issue has disrupted a guest’s stay we’ll give the guest a full or partial refund, or help the guest find a similar place, depending on availability at comparable pricing.
If anything unexpected comes up during your stay, message your Host to discuss a solution first. It’s likely that they’ll be able to help you fix the issue. If your Host can’t help or you’d like to request a refund, we’re here to support you.
