In order to apply for a passport, it is mandatory to schedule an appointment through the Prenot@mi website. Please note that no fee is due to schedule an appointment. Appointments must always be confirmed by the applicant, using the online portal Prenot@mi, 3 to 10 days (by 12 pm Rome time) prior to the scheduled appointment date.

The Public Information Office will be open to the public from Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 1:00pm. Access will be granted only by appointment, to be asked made by email (urp@esteri.it) or by phone. The service will also continue to be provided by phone and email.
