To apply for food assistance benefits online, you can apply via MyDHR. Before you can complete the application online, you must first register for an account. Your completed application will be sent to the DHR office in the county where you live.
If you would like help in filling out the voter registration form, we will help you. You may seek assistance with the application form by seeking assistance at the time of your interview or by calling your local Department of Human Resources located within your county.
When it’s time for your Six Month Review, there will be a notification to complete the form on the Dashboard. To access the form, click Click Here to Complete your semi-annual/annual review. Read instruction to complete the form then click Next. Complete Section 1 to Section 4
