  1. Renew Your License (Residents) Adjuster (Non-resident) Adjuster licenses are renewed biennially. Effective 1-1-19, adjusters are allowed to renew their license online 90 days prior to their birth month until the last day of their birth month, with a renewal fee of $80.

  2. Licensees can file a license renewal online in one of two ways: Industry Access Portal: Producers and adjusters may file a renewal through the Producer/Adjuster Portal Module in Industry Access. The option for renewal will appear 90 days before expiration of the license.

  7. Beginning January 1, 2024, Alabama will no longer require candidates to take a pre-licensing course before taking the state exam.
