22 Σεπ 2018 · It seems unwieldy and slightly dangerous to force the monitor while it is attached to the stand if it is stuck. I found it was better to first remove the monitor from the stand. Then with just handling the stand, force the mount DOWN into the stand and listen for the spring compressing.

30 Ιουν 2021 · On the Stand riser itself, see the vertical riding slot below the square mounting bracket. That vertical riding slot shows the allowable up/down movement of the connected LCD panel. The LCD panel is attached to the Stand riser.

4 Φεβ 2022 · If the stand is functioning, the stand plate uses the weight of the panel. So when connected, move the panel to the desired height, hold, then let go. The panel + stand plate should stay in that position.
