I have an oval/heart face and aviators should look good on me, but they look terrible on me. I think the only sunglasses that you can count on to look good on you and everyone else are wayfarer style sunglasses.
Some Aviator frames are simply made better than others even at the mid high price point. The gold standard in frames is Randolph Engineering IMO - money well spent. Also consider American Optical
The Mavericks frame for instance is the closest to a traditional aviator shape, but I never liked the strong base curve the frames have. If you’re flexible on the traditional aviator shape, the sea cliff and the Kami are great!
Nose pads on metal frames can be adjusted to fit your nose, plastic frames don't get that benefit. However, plastic frames are much more comfortable (in my opinion) and if you have a nose that can support it, give it a try!
Modular is a stick built home made in a factory and shipped and installed on site. Those are in many cases equal or better quality to something built on site and in most markets no negative. A manufactured home has a hud tag typically on metal frame and delivered on axles which get removed when attached aka mobile home.

5 Μαρ 2017 · Aviator sunglasses are always in style. As to the specific shape of the lenses wear what you most prefer, but avoid the mirrored look...that's just plain dumb! If you want the look to be authentic military, take a look at Randolph Engineering's Aviator frames.
