Until one of the Bates women starts wearing things like jumpsuits, blazers, leather jackets, printed pants, and a little too much black, I really doubt I will ever see a Bates woman wear clothes that match my style. Katie is the closest, since her wedding was modern yet classy and timeless.

Certainly, she still believes in their religion 100% and adheres to the other restrictions that come with it. Their family thinks Christian women should not wear pants for modesty reasons. 25 Ιαν 2015 · Slacks/pants can be very nice looking on a female body without hugging the frame and showing curves. Maternity slacks/skirts used to have a panel for the expanding abdomen. Not sure if they even make those anymore. But if Alyssa is comfortable wearing pants that's her choice and I'm sure she and John have discussed the matter. Delete
It's becoming more normalized in IBLP/Quiverful/etc circles for women to wear pants. For example, the Spiveys are very much in the IBLP (David Waller is their pastor ffs) but the women in that family wear pants.
