Scammers imitate email addresses and communication styles to send what appears as legitimate Amazon emails. Check Message Center. If you receive an email claiming to be from Amazon and are unsure if it’s from us, visit Message Center to view all email correspondence sent by Amazon.
To report a phishing or unsolicited email to Amazon, open a new email and attach the email that you suspect is fake. Send the email to reportascam@amazon.com. Sending the suspicious email as an attachment is the best way for us to track it.

30 Απρ 2020 · It said that Amazon's services has detected two unauthorized devices. In turn, it gave me a link to unlock my account but I am concerned this may be a phishing scam. The email address it came from was account-alert@customercare02.com.
