I have not been able to use the mobile app or login to the website to review my account activity for 3 weeks now. Each of my painful calls to customer service were not helpful. I was told they can’t see my account status or balance and someone would call me back. That has not happened as of yet.

I expressed concern that I have no visibility of my account activity and was told again there was nothing they could do but promise another callback.
