Situated on the Kansas City river bluffs at 201 Main St., Suite 101, Kansas City Missouri 64105 in the Historic Water Building. This 1901 structure was built to house the wagons, donkeys and water to fight fires in the city. Water is in the building’s bones, and beer is 90% water.
