7 Ιουν 2024 · The American Express hardship program, which is officially called the Amex Financial Relief Program, aims to make payments easier for customers having money problems. To do so, the issuer offers plans with temporarily-reduced monthly payments and interest rates.
1.) Pay off $232 right now, and then pay off the other $270 by June 6th to stay current and resume normal payments. My monthly payment is currently $232. 2.) Enroll in a Hardship Program. They've offered me 5 years at a minimum of $192 per month. I believe they said the interest rate is at half of my original interest rate.
The American Express CARE program provides assistance to Card Members experiencing financial hardship. The assistance provided will depend on your individual circumstances and your capacity to make repayments.
