Flaaffy's wool quality changes so that it can generate a high amount of static electricity with a small amount of wool. The bare and slick parts of its hide are shielded against electricity.

You also get the bells for Lugia/Ho-Oh from shipwrecks (and dungeons). Place those at your base ASAP. Any legendary location you find, set a waypoint and screenshot it. Don't lose it. -To grind level-up evos, or leveling of any kind, find a dungeon. Most of them spawn evolved pokemon such as Cacturn, Trevenant, and **Cofagrigus**.
