This 50-pin connector interfaces for data-com trunking with the RJ21 connector, using screws to anchor into place. It is referred to as an Amphenol connector which references the connector's manufacturer.
RJ21 Amphenol Pinout. The RJ21 connector is very similar to the 50-pin Centronics interface, but with screws to anchor it into place instead of bail locks.
BCM-50 Main Unit Wiring. Main Unit telephony ports: You can connect 4 analog telephone lines, 4 analog telephony devices, and 12 digital telephones to the Main Unit.
