Anger Questionnaire. This is not a formal assessment measure but a questionnaire to help you build insight into your anger. Answer each question as best you can. Don’t over think them, just circle True if it is something you experience and False if it is not.

This Anger Pre-Test is designed to start to help you think about and identify some of the information, beliefs, values, and attitudes that you have about anger. Please answer TRUE (T) or FALSE (F) to each of the following questions.
The questions are designed to assess an individual’s anger responses and behaviors, including how they express their anger, how they perceive the consequences of their anger, and how they manage their anger. The questionnaire also evaluates an individual’s attitudes towards anger and how they perceive their own anger.
