5 Σεπ 2023 · i bought an Anker ganprime 747 charger on the late of January 2023. It’s working well until yesterday. it’s dead. I thought I can use Anker warranty, but when I check the invoice of my order. I live in Vietnam and I bought it from a seller on shopee (an e-commercial website).
Anker GanPrime 735 charging issues. When I have one of the two type-c ports charging something, like an iPad, the A port will not charge when a device is connected. I have to disconnect the iPad and connect the USB-A device first for them both to charge.
Just received my GaNPrime 737 charger, and my phone (Pixel 6 Pro) and laptop (XPS 9710) keep switching between charging and not charging. I was using an older Anker cable rated for 65w for both, and found that the phone would charge consistently using the second USB C port on the charger.
Anker Ganprime 735 issues. Does anyone else experience issues with this charger? Whenever I charge my iPhone via Magsafe and charge my Pixel at the same time, I get charging vibrations from my Pixel every 30 seconds or so which seems like it's constantly disconnecting over and over again.
27 Σεπ 2019 · Most.of Anker’s chargers have a breaker that will automatically reset if you unplug the unit for 10 minutes. Give that a try and if it still doesn’t work, reach out to support@anker.com and they’ll be happy to help you further!
