19 Απρ 2024 · Anterior mediastinal masses encompass a diverse group of neoplastic and nonneoplastic lesions located within the mediastinum, presenting a diagnostic challenge due to their varied etiologies and potential for serious complications. These masses can arise from thymic, germ cell, lymphoid, or thyroid tissues, among others.
