  1. Unhappy/Unpleased Customer. Aon Affinity put to much pressure and followup on me to prove my claim. Globus, our travel company, who uses Aon Affinity should have given Aon Affinity information that all on July 19, 2024 all flights were canceled worldwide. I had to prove my claim item by item.

  5. Terrible customer service and timeliness. It took AON almost six months just to review my claim. When they finally did review my claim, they required that I resubmit all the previously submitted receipts. I did not get any response until I filed a complaint with my state Insurance Commission.

  6. Expedia refuse to refund my flight cost $812 and told me to apply claim for my insurance with AON. My claim was approved by AON, I got a check from them but the check was refused in my country due to some country policy but the banks told me to transfer this amount by bank wire.

  7. Filed a claim with Aon travel insurance for hotel, clothes and misc. on Aug 12, 2022 and today is Jan 24, 2023 and they are still processing my claim. Three times when I contacted them for status they wanted to know if they could cancel my claim.
