Common Pleas docket sheets are maintained by the Unified Judicial System of Pennsylvania. Access docket sheets. Recent entries made in the court filing offices may not be immediately reflected on these docket sheets.
Case Search. If you are searching for appellate court cases, you must choose the ‘Appellate’ or ‘Docket Number’ option. For legal and technical reasons, some case and calendar event information will not display in search results even if the correct search terms are entered.
The Secure Web Docket Sheet option provides access to search, view and print docket sheets that contain additional content not accessible for public viewing, for Pennsylvania’s Criminal Courts of Common Pleas, Magisterial District Courts and the Philadelphia Municipal Court.
Public Web Docket Sheets contain a detailed statement of actions and filings for cases at each level of the courts. They include case information, related cases, a history of calendar events and court dates, a list of charges, docket entries for all filings, and case financial information.
After successful sign in, click the Emergency Contact information button on the PA Courts Online Services home page. Click each tab to view your existing Primary, Secondary, Physician, and Medical/Other Information. Make any necessary changes or additions.
It is not necessary to log into the UJS Web Portal to access public docket sheets and calendars through the Case Search screen. Individuals with secure access, however, must continue to log into the Portal.
