Yelp’s policies strictly prohibit compensated and incentivized reviews as they can mislead consumers. To help inform people’s spending decisions, we issue Consumer Alerts that appear over a business’s reviews to warn people when we discover suspicious review activity.
I did receive my $300 credit, what I did not receive was a single customer contact. They (Yelp) claimed that I received three direct phone calls, which is true, but they certainly weren’t from customers, rather, they came from other company’s attempting to sell me their products and services. Yep is a scam.
