26 Ιαν 2023 · My AppleID was hacked (when i try to log in it says: "This Apple ID has been locked for security reasons. You must unlock your account before signing in.") When i go to iforgot.apple.com I have to enter a the phone number of the hacker, so i cannot continue there.
1 Φεβ 2020 · I’ve received five calls on my iPhone (800 number) and on my home phone (caller ID identified as Apple) advising that my iCloud account has been hacked. On the two instances where I talked to them, they wanted to walk me through my security settings.
Apple does not make such calls. All such calls are scams from criminals attempting to steal your personal and financial information. The callers will often use number spoofing to pretend they are calling from a legitimate business. The correct course of action is to hang up on them, repeatedly if needed.
