The new iTOUCH Wearables App has been released, allowing us to bring you many of the features you have asked for improved data tracking and charts, more watch faces, and a more consistent user experience across both Android and IOS platforms. Follow the guidelines below to address some of the most common issues.
To connect & sync your smartwatch to your device, go to the iTouch Wearables app, tap the watch icon on the upper right and follow instructions to Set Up A New Device. Once your iTouch Connected device is connected, it will say Connected on the top of the device page and display the current battery life of your watch.
Before you can reconnect your device to the latest iTouch App, you may need to "forget" your device in your phone's native settings. Make sure you have the latest version of the app! Note: Pairing must be done using the mobile app.
