On the My DOR Services page, in the Business Licensing section, click Apply for a new business license. Select I want to start a business in WA State . If the business has already been assigned a UBI, enter it in the Enter the UBI field.

Apply for your Washington business license. Your business must be licensed by the state of Washington, which will assign you a Unified Business Identifier (UBI) number.
21 Νοε 2024 · Once your formation or incorporation has been filed and the UBI has been issued your next step is to complete a Business License Application with the Department of Revenue . Step four: File a Beneficial Ownership Information Report with the U.S. Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) within 30 days of registering your business.
You must file your Business License Application with the Department of Revenue to be recognized as a Washington business. Likely, you will also need an additional business license for each of the cities you do businesses in (or the county if your business location is outside of the city limits).
