15 Ιαν 2002 · Other than that it's ok and the customer service and support people and appraisal port are friendly, courteous and helpful. just go to appraisalport.com and there are instructions on how to create an account and then link to your client. It's kind of a dificult process at first.
Direct Payment is a new AppraisalPort feature that will allow your lender clients to pay you for work completed by directly depositing funds to your bank account. To use this feature, you must sign up for Direct Payment in the Billing Tab of your AppraisalPort profile.
Enter your AppraisalPort ID and Password and click the Login button. Your list of orders will appear; please click on the report you wish to submit and click the Upload ENV Report button. If you wish to save your ENV file, select a file folder on your PC.
As for the AppraisalPort fee, you could pay them online through a credit card. What Support is Available from AppraisalPort? They have an email & phone support from Mon-Fri 8:00 am – 8:00 pm EST.
Open an appraisal file in ACI or Lighthouse. Click File > Retrieve Web Services > Appraisal Port Orders to connect to the AppraisalPort website, www.appraisalport.com. Log in to your AppraisalPort account. Download the new appraisal order (.APO) file and save the file to the ACI Reports folder.
