AppraisalPort has an online message system for you and your clients to communicate securely. It maintains all the message logs and organizes communication of each assignment. This helps to reduce unnecessary confusion, and it’s an excellent way to record keeping.
Registering with AppraisalPort is a two-step process. First, choose a login ID and password by completing the form in the Sign Up section. Next, activate your account by clicking a link in an email that is sent to you after you complete signup. This ensures that the email address you provided during signup was entered and stored correctly.

Enter your AppraisalPort ID and Password and click the Login button. Your list of orders will appear; please click on the report you wish to submit and click the Upload ENV Report button. If you wish to save your ENV file, select a file folder on your PC.
Retrieving Orders. Notification of new orders are sent via e-mail or fax. Open an appraisal file in ACI or Lighthouse. Click File > Retrieve Web Services > Appraisal Port Orders to connect to the AppraisalPort website, www.appraisalport.com. Log in to your AppraisalPort account.
