AppraisalPort is a secure, Web-based work site from which appraisers can receive orders, send completed reports, and communicate with their clients. It is integrated with FNC's Collateral Management System®, used by many mortgage lenders, banks, and appraisal management companies.

Portal Login. Stay up to date. Log in to see the status of your Amrock transactions. Lenders & Brokers. Log into your account to access documents, generate quotes, manage and place orders. Go to Login Page. Team Appraisers. Access your account and documents through our appraiser portal. Go to Login Page. Signing Agents.
Simply log in with your current username and password on the new site to see your orders and information. You may be required to select a new security question and answer based on your prior profile selection.
Once you register an account with AppraisalPort, you could fill out the profile page with information about yourself. This allows potential clients to reach out to you for appraisal services, while you’ll have the choices to accept or reject assignments according to your work schedule and preference.
Open an appraisal file in ACI or Lighthouse. Click File > Retrieve Web Services > Appraisal Port Orders to connect to the AppraisalPort website, www.appraisalport.com. Log in to your AppraisalPort account. Download the new appraisal order (.APO) file and save the file to the ACI Reports folder.
